A group of sixth graders just had a trial and determined that while the earth has warmed, mankind is not at fault. What was the big item swaying them to this conclusion? "Hawaii has volcanoes; volcanoes emit CO2."
Let's send these kids to congress. They'd probably be a lot better than the CO2 bags that are there now.
When I went to school, the same groups of "scientists" said global cooling would put us under a mile of ice by 2000. In short, this brings back on the table the premise that in the entire Constitution, the word “people” serves to describe the individual citizen.
While the Washington D.C. City Council will likely appeal this ruling, this may bring about the possibility of the Supreme court ruling on the Second Amendment as a right of the people as individuals.
